ESSE IRL Costa 02 is a personal development adventure initiation. We get outside our comfort zone daily to shatter limiting beliefs and create a space of deep transformation, while having a lot of fun. Three pillars hold the week together.

Adventure

Side quests are our guided adventures. Each one has one objective: create new emotions, thoughts and feelings, so you experience a new perspective on life.

Each adventure is led by local professional tour guides.

Every young man here was hand-picked through our application process. Ambitious men seeking to break cycles, create new pathways, and meet friends who actually understand them and push them to be their best.

Woven through the whole retreat. Our level of conversation sets the baseline. The workshops add practical tools each brother brings home and applies in everyday life.

I don’t know anyone going.

Most guys come solo. You won’t leave that way. Every man in the villa was hand-picked for the same reason you were.

What should I expect?

Not a surfing yoga retreat. Deep conversations, daily workshops, a side quest every day, and a crew that holds you accountable. Costa 01 brothers said the one thing they wished they’d known going in was how deep it goes.

Do I need to be experienced?

No. Every adventure is guided by local professionals and beginner-friendly. You need an open mind, not a skill set.

What does it cost?

One all-in number that covers the villa, all 14 meals, every side quest, the workshops and airport transfers both ways. Everything except your flight. We go through the number and the payment plan on your 30-minute call. That is what the call is for.

What happens after I apply?
